Six Weeks!!!!

I have now discovered why John Lewis' free second year of warranty is free. Because they say they could take up to six weeks to fix a Powerbook. Why? Where's it going? Timbuktoo via Antarctica?

AppleCare doesn't seem like such a rip off after all...
